What is this

A Tox DHT bootstrap node helps new Tox clients join the distributed network. When a client starts, it needs at least one known node to find peers — that’s what this server does.

The node also acts as a TCP relay on ports 443 and 3389, allowing clients behind restrictive firewalls to communicate through it.
